The official Steam feed published Update 1.0.4 at 18:06:10 SGT on 14 October 2026. I fetched the full announcement and confirmed its canonical destination. Its planned rollout is 21:00 SGT that day, later than this verification window.

14 October 2026: Update 1.0.4 announced for 14:00 BST, 13:00 UTC or 21:00 SGT. The notes address Franchise stability, FSR/DLSS, crashes and animal behaviour. An announcement and scheduled rollout do not prove the patch is already installed on each platform.
13 October 2026: digital launch on PC, PS5 and Xbox. 12 October: unlock clocks and preloads. 7 October: Photo Mode and WWF UK. The website index still showed the launch item at this check, while the official Steam feed contained the newer patch announcement.
The Community Challenges page currently lists Bred 'n' Water as In Progress. Green Green Grassland is a later challenge scheduled for 27 October 2026, not the first challenge.
