This is an independent, source-based guide, not an official Frontier publication. Prices, dates, platforms and animal data carry a source and a check date.
Our editors compare claims with the cited source. Reading an official guide is not a playtest; a source-based article does not establish measured frame rates, download sizes or a tested build.
Evidence and attribution
Official announcements, Zoopedia entries and platform stores establish game facts. We distinguish a full edition from an upgrade, required free space from download size, and an announced update from a completed rollout. Unknown fields stay unknown.
Reviews are attributed opinions, not our own scores. An aggregator's display is labelled as aggregator evidence when the original review cannot be accessed. Steam review totals and prices are dated snapshots, not live feeds.
Community sources such as ProtonDB are identified as user reports with sample size and limitations. They cannot replace Valve's official compatibility classification. Unverified reader reports are leads for investigation, not confirmed bugs or fixes.
Methods and limits
Rankings disclose their purpose and method. Configuration checks compare exact official presets; they do not predict FPS or rank unknown processors. Animal relationship labels retain the source's direction and do not become an inferred compatibility verdict.
No invented release dates, prices, habitat values or download links. We link to official stores, not pirate distribution, unsafe downloads or account credential requests.
The guide publishes original illustrations, labelled as illustrations rather than gameplay screenshots. Official source images without verified republication permission are not included in the published build. An accessible source URL or a credit is not treated as a licence.
Corrections and funding
Report a specific page, disputed statement and supporting source to contact@planetzoo2.top. We review the evidence, correct substantiated errors and update the page's check date. We do not promise a fixed reply time.
Advertising is disclosed here in full: the only advertising network on this site is Adsterra, and its two units run through the consent banner — nothing is requested from Adsterra until a visitor presses Accept. No affiliate tracking is installed. Advertising or sponsorship must not determine factual conclusions; if a funded page ever exists it will say so on the page. Data practices are described in our privacy policy.
Questions people ask
Do you treat reader reports as verified facts?
No. Reports are leads. Attributed community compatibility data may be published with its source and limitations, but is not labelled an official conclusion.
Have you playtested every guide?
No. These are source-based guides. We do not imply hands-on testing where there is none.
How do I request a correction?
Email contact@planetzoo2.top with the page, statement and supporting evidence.
