Barrier, staff gate and filtration
Choose Aquarium in Habitat Barrier, draw the enclosure and add an Aquarium Staff Gate. Place a powered Water Filter with access to its maintenance panel, then use Edit Filtration Network to pipe the filter node to the gate node.
Set salinity in that network. The selection affects all connected water bodies, so species with conflicting requirements need separate networks. Filtration capacity must meet demand as water volume and animal population increase.
Temperature and species requirements
Power the Aquarium Staff Gate, then set temperature in Aquarium Info Panel, Environment. Match each species' allowed range and the planned population's water-space requirements.
Brown Trout requires Freshwater at 12-19 C. Javanese Cownose Ray accepts Brackish or Saltwater at 24-30 C. These examples need different environments and are not a shared-tank recommendation.
Care and housing categories
Keepers feed and clean; Mechanics maintain filters and barriers. Filtration does not replace cleaning. Before changing an occupied aquarium barrier, box the animals and drain the enclosure.
The dated roster has 37 Aquarium entries, including 16 fish that also support Exhibit housing. Terrestrial animals such as otters and crocodiles have water requirements but are not Aquarium entries. Sand Tiger Shark is Base Game; Great Hammerhead is Deluxe.
